• Minimum eligible expenditure ~USD 2Mi*

(Exception: Animation works ~USD 1.3Mi*)

• Brazilian financial participation: no more than 30%of the total budget

At least 2/3 of the technical and artistic crew involved in the scenes filmed or produced (in case of Animation) in the state of São Paulo must be Brazilian

• At least 30% of the budget must be Brazilian

• Coproduction or production service
• The maximum of 30% of the budget must be Brazilian
• Without language restriction
