- 80% spoken in a non-Portuguese language
(exception: productions from Portuguese-speaking African countries)
- Minimum eligible expenditure ~USD 2Mi*
(Exception: Animation works ~USD 1.3Mi*)
- Brazilian financial participation: no more than 30%of the total budget
At least 2/3 of the technical and artistic crew involved in the scenes filmed or produced (in case of Animation) in the state of São Paulo must be Brazilian

- Coproduction or production service
- The maximum of 30% of the budget must be Brazilian
- Without language restriction
Minimum eligible expenditure ~961K
(Exception: Animation works ~USD 576K*)
At least 2/3 of the technical and artistic crew involved in the scenes filmed or produced (in case of Animation works) in the state of São Paulo must be Brazilian
