The 3rd TOPUIAW is On!

The third TOPUIAW (International Animation Week) is officially holding in Linjiang New Area, Haimen, Nantong city, Jiangsu Province from October 19 to October 23, 2021. The theme of this year’s event is “Middle Frame”.

A total of 678 entries were received and 45 were selected. In addition to mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, there are also works from the United States, Britain, France, Japan, Belgium, Romania and other countries and regions. Animation Week has four special animation appreciation events, which are the excellence works of the forum over the years, Montreal  CIRCO ANIMATO 2021 Short Animation, Irish Excellence in Animation – WolfWalker and Fenachi’s Choice – World Excellence in Experimental Animation Short Animation.
