Esports Manager 2026 Debuts First Demo During Steam Sports Fest

Featuring Real Teams, Real Players, and Real Esports Drama
Esports Manager 2026, the ultimate behind-the-scenes esports management sim developed by Neurona Games in partnership with indie.io, drops its first-ever demo as part of the Steam Sports Fest today, packed with real organizations, personalities, and the chaos of running a top-tier team.
Step into the office of a real-life esports manager and the high-pressure world behind a modern competitive gaming season. Manage real-life orgs like EternalFire, Copenhagen Wolves, M80, and GamerLegion, and interact with well-known community figures, including @neLendirekt, @BanKsEsports, @PiNGCasts, @teddcs_, @bit1, @TravCS, @Ne0Kai, @ale_apoka, and more.
The Esports Manager 2026 debut demo provides an authentic look into the esports scene, complete with egos, negotiation tactics, hype, and heartbreak. Players can explore approximately 70% of the game’s systems, navigating an entire in-game month of scouting, contract talks, roster shakeups, and team building as they shape their organization’s identity. Patch up a frustrated talent in one conversation, balance sponsor payments, and contemplate blowing the entire transfer budget on a superstar, all in one day’s work.
The semi-3D match engine brings tournament days to life with evolving tactical interactions, map picks, weapon choices, utility usage, and player form, letting every decision ripple across the server.
Take advantage of Esports Manager 2026’s interconnected systems to craft the most prestigious team possible. Craft long-term strategies with the Tactic Creator, build a brand from scratch, and manage the full financial ecosystem of an esports organization, from income and expenses to sponsorship deals that can save or sink the season. Early tournaments and qualifier rounds out the experience, testing whether players’ preparation, mindset, and roster decisions can survive real competitive pressure.
“Our goal is to capture what really happens behind the scenes in esports: the pressure, strategy, conversations, and the tough calls that define a season,” said Andril Chupyr, CEO at Neurona Games. “The demo gives players a genuine taste of that experience, and we can’t wait to see the organizations they build–or blow up.”
Esports Manager 2026’s demo is available now on PC via Steam. For more information, follow @join_indie_io and @EManagerGame on X, join the game’s official Discord server, and wishlist the game on Steam.
