CROATIA AS A FILMING LOCATION

Croatia has became a popular filming location, especially after success of TV series such as Game of Thrones (which was shot in beautiful town of Dubrovnik), Star Wars: The Last Jedi and other big international productions.

With its vast geographical and natural divergence, Croatia serves as a perfect double for other countries like France, Italy, Germany, Greece; even more exotic places, with its 1000 km of coastline and hundreds of Islands with beautiful beaches, forests and cliffs.

The rich history of Croatia dates back to the ancient Rome, meaning preserved Roman buildings and big amphitheater in town of Pula are available for filming, as well as a plethora of castles, mansions and fortifications.

All of this can be found within very short travelling distances — so combining filming in Croatia and other neighbouring countries like Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, and Italy is a breeze.
