2025 WAW Weibo Gaming & Anime Expo

The WAW Weibo Gaming & Anime Expo will take place from May 3 to May 5, 2025, at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing. Tickets went on sale starting April 18 on Bilibili and Maoyan. This marks Weibo’s first-ever large-scale gaming and anime-themed exhibition.
Centered around the theme “WEIBO ACG WORLD,” the event brings together numerous top-tier gaming and anime IPs, as well as related merchandise brands, inviting anime fans, gamers, and ACG enthusiasts to immerse themselves in interactive experiences and shopping.
The expo will feature three major themed zones and over 100 installation exhibits, covering an area of more than 40,000 m². Highlights include non-stop stage performances, meet-and-greet sessions with creators, cosplay showcases, and free walk-in activities, along with plenty of freebies and stamp-collecting experiences. Special appearances by guests from the “Beijing Masters Tournament”, electrifying stage shows, and fan-exclusive perks will add even more excitement.

The first wave of confirmed guests includes:
- Top esports starsfor fan meetups
- Cross-dimensional cosplay celebrities
- A-list voice actors (CVs) and virtual idol performances
- Popular IPssuch as JX3 (Sword Net 3), Shining Nikki, Love and Producer, Honor of Kings, and Infinity Kings taking turns on stage
A major highlight will be the offline debut of the KPL Dream Team, along with surprise appearances by IG Esports’ TheShy, Jiejie, and Rookie! Fans can look forward to Q&A sessions, on-stage interactions, and exclusive photo ops.
