Tutu Du Monde, Hasbro Pair Up for ‘My Little Pony’ Collection

Tutu Du Monde — makers of exquisitely crafted tutus, whimsical dresses and more for young fashionistas — has teamed up with Hasbro to announce a new collaboration: Tutu Du Monde LOVES My Little Pony, for the company’s PLAY Collection launching globally in April 2019. Each garment will be distinctly part of the PLAY brand, and completed with quirky touches inspired by iconic pony characters including Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash and Rarity.
The announcement promises:
Tutu Du Monde LOVES My Little Pony celebrates the magic that happens when little girls play together. The fun they share and the bonds they create in those moments can last a lifetime. A delicate color palette of delicious pastels in sweet bubble gum, limoncello, gum drop, creamy milk, fragrant potpourri, porcelain pink, powder blue and French silver are paired with vibrant indigo, violet and aqua beading that highlight the dreamy eyes and lashes of the little ponies … Sparkling stars, hearts, golden wings, butterflies and fluffy clouds, with flirty frill skirts over tulle and organza. The effect is at once dreamy and brimming with fun.
The collection will be available online at www.tutudumonde.com and boutiques worldwide in April.
Started in 1983, My Little Pony has captured the hearts of generations of children with its positive messages about the power of friendship, and in its latest hit iteration Friendship Is Magic has inspired a new wave of brand collaborations that sync with these values.
