REGISTRATION FOR THE MEGAMIGS AWARDS IS ENDING SOON!

Registration for the MEGAMIGS Awards is closing soon! The deadline is Sept 17. It’s free registration for the exhibitor of MEGAMIGS 2021.

It’s only $95 for the studios that do not have a booth but would still like to participate. This is the perfect opportunity to promote the business, games, and the talents to a new local and international audience!

The ceremony will take place during the 2021 edition on November 09-14, There are new categories this year:

2021 CATEGORIES

• Best Game Design
• Best Art Direction and Production
• Technological Innovation (disruptive)
• Best Audio and Music
• Best acting performance
• Social Impact

New this year: the general public, video game students and specialized media will be asked to choose their favorites among all the finalists who will be awarded the following special prizes:

– People’s Choice Award –

– Emerging Talent Award –

– Media Award –

Evaluation criteria

The selected projects will be evaluated according to the criteria of design, innovation, playability, technical execution, emotional response and more.

The Quebec Video Game Guild believes in the important contribution of team diversity as a factor of innovation and this belief will be reflected in the weighting.

Eligibility criteria

MEGAMIGS 2021 exhibitors (free registration) as well as CONFERENCE or PRO ticket holders (for a fee of $95) are eligible.
