40 years of Mifa, an inspiring past and an engaging future!

Join us in June to celebrate 40 years of building a global ecosystem and chart the course that will determine the future of animation.

In 2025, Mifa confirms the 4 pillars of its offer:

Industry Content

More than 150 events will be held again at the Impérial Palace, including the Mifa Conferences, which will be more than ever an opportunity to consider the future in the light of major upheavals, and the Mifa Pitches, which will feature a new session dedicated to animated documentaries.

Talent Content

For its 3rd edition, Le Campus Mifa confirms its essential role and takes the opportunity to give itself a makeover! New formats will be offered to support young talents, such as the Student Pitch for students from international animation schools and the Workshops to master the essential tools of the industry.

XR and Video Games Content

A dedicated space on the 1st floor of the Exhibition Area, special conferences and panels, a cinematics contest extended for a second year and one-on-one meetings dedicated to IP adaptations between video game and animation studios will confirm the growing importance of video games and XR at the Mifa.

Exhibitors

The Exhibition Area is expanding to welcome new delegations: Australia, Scotland, East Africa, Egypt… as well as a large pavilion dedicated to Hungary, whose animation is in the spotlight this year in Annecy.
