U&I Entertainment will publish a special physical Deluxe Edition of the roguelike action game BlazBlue Entropy Effect X for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch on 20 February 2026.

Gameplay:

BlazBlue Entropy Effect’s main gameplay revolves around playing Mind Training and progressing through the story mode that takes place outside of the training. In the main hub you control a robot known as an ACER, a participant in the ACER Program, who is given tasks from various characters that involve completing challenges in Mind Training. These tasks eventually lead to the Mind Upload, a checkpoint in the ACER Program where you upload your data to the system with IO. In Mind Training, you choose one of eleven evotypes and fight several enemies and bosses while upgrading your character in preparation for the final boss battle against Susano’o.

About the game:

BlazBlue Entropy Effect is an 2D-action-roguelike game developed by 91Act and licensed by Arc System Works for iOS, Android and PC. It was released globally in Early-Access on Steam on August 16th, 2023, followed by the full release on January 31st, 2024.[1]. The Android and iOS versions are currently only confirmed for Chinese markets. On November 11th, 2025, a new, expanded version called BlazBlue Entropy Effect X was announced for PS5, Xbox Series and Switch.[2] This version features a new story mode with scenario support by Ahikito Kumagawa and Mako Komao, as well as adding Naoto Kurogane as a playable character.
