“WORLD FLIPPER” Official Chinese Server Announces Shutdown on August 14, 2025

The official Chinese server of World Flipper has announced that the game will cease operations on August 14, 2025.

According to the announcement, in-game purchases were disabled as of 10:00 AM on May 7th, and starting June 26th at 12:00 PM, all character gacha pools and limited-time events will be made permanently available until the official shutdown. To compensate players, the developers will distribute in-game rewards via mail in the coming days, along with details on refunds and compensation policies.

World Flipper is a role-playing game co-developed by Cygames and Citail, originally released on iOS and Android on November 27, 2019. The Taiwan region version, published by Gamania Digital Entertainment, launched on May 26, 2021, while the mainland China server, operated by Leiting Information Technology (Shenzhen), went live on October 26, 2021.

In the game, players follow the story from the perspective of Alk, a young boy who has lost his memory, as he embarks on adventures with Stella, a mysterious girl, and Light, a former hero turned beast, uncovering various mysteries along the way.
