Video Game Cinematic Works & Game Trailers Competition 2025

The Mifa invites you to discover the 16 shortlisted works taking part in the second edition of the Video Game Cinematic Works & Game Trailers Competition.
The Mifa confirms its desire to explore the fertile links between video games and animation and offers a captivating perspective on these creations, in partnership with Valencia’s Weird Market.
This year’s edition is more popular than ever with 88 works originating from 21 countries in Europe, Asia, North America, South America and Oceania!
This global tour of the imaginative universe dedicated to video games showcases the diversity of animated creation, which highlights the vibrancy of the genre and the artistic potential that unfolds when animation and video games converge.
The 2025 selection will be screened on Tuesday 10th June at 3:00 pm in the Salle de l’Europe (Mifa, Impérial Palace).
Last year, Heartsteel – Paranoia by Sauvage.TV for Riot Games won the Jury Award, inaugurating the first edition of the Video Game Cinematic Works & Game Trailers Competition.
This year, one of the 16 entries will be chosen by the professional jury, who will present their award at the ceremony on Thursday 12th June at 6:15 pm in the Salle de la Volière (Mifa, Impérial Palace grounds).
