New Trailer Drops for Lil Gator Game: In the Dark Expansion

Publisher Playtonic Friends and developer MegaWobble are bouncing with excitement as they reveal a brand-new gameplay trailer for Lil Gator Game: In the Dark, a huge expansion for the much-loved whimsical adventure Lil Gator Game.

Shown during the Six One Indie Showcase, the new trailer gives players a fresh peek at what’s lurking below the island, while also revealing an Early 2026 release window. The expansion is currently in development for PC via Steam, PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One & Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.

Twice the Adventure, Twice the Fun

Lil Gator’s next journey is their biggest yet! In the Dark doubles the size of the original game, introducing a massive underground world full of hidden nooks, secret treasures, and plenty of new pals to meet. Cozy cave tunnels glow with lightsticks, mysterious caverns hide surprises, and every crevasse has a new friend waiting to help out on your adventure.
