The reporter was informed that the “Kiddets” was designed by Weta Studio, an internationally renowned film & television special effects company. The world-renowned film special effects master Sir Richard Taylor, who has won five Oscars, participated in the production. The famous child educator and psychologist Martin Bainton, who has in-depth research on children’s psychology and behavior, is responsible for the scriptwriting.

On animation production, it is amazing to see the fine hair of the five Wotwots babies in the film with the naked eyes. Coupled with the dynamic form of cartoons, these characters can attract people’s attention and impress the audience both in appearance and character.

In terms of plot content, the understanding and respect of the global preschool education curriculum is the cornerstone of the creation of “Kiddets”. Mr. Martin has an in-depth study of children’s psychology and behavior, and this film incorporates all his understandings of children’s education in the last 60 years.

From the early stage of creation, “Kiddets” has devoted itself to achieving the core education through a fun and interesting interpretation. It also integrates a number of elements popular among children worldwide.

The five Wotwots baby images are vivid, and the five different representative colors and animal shapes give these elves unique and childlike charm. The colorization of the character images not only adds to their cuteness, but also fulfills visual perceptions.

As an animation of children’s education, “Kiddets” not only inherits the essence of traditional Chinese culture education, but also carries on the concept of New Zealand TE WHāRIKI education system.

The five Wotwots babies represent the five major directions of children’s education: team leader spirit, science foundation, safety & health, mechanics & mathematics, art & culture. These five teaching directions are exactly the five pillars of the TE WHāRIKIeducation system. “Learning through playing” is the guiding principle for conveying these ideas.

As is learned, “Kiddets” will be launched on the Cartoon Channel as well as the national, provincial and municipal children’s channels after being broadcast on CCTV-14.
