at La Cigale, the 6th Pégases Ceremony took place, hosted by Salomé Lagresle. The event brought together French gamers and video game enthusiasts who were captivated by the performances and announcements from key players in the French video game industry.
A total of 18 Pégases were awarded to studios and individuals who contributed to the influence of the French video game industry in 2024. The full list of winners is available on the official website.

They take on the role of Sargon, a fearless warrior on a quest to find Prince Ghassan in a ruthless world where time itself is breaking down. With intense combat and time-bending challenges, every moment counts in this epic mission.

French Regions Honored at the Pégases 2025
The 2025 Pégases Ceremony once again showcased the richness and diversity of the French creative industry. More than 30 studios from across the country represented the dynamism and talent of French creators.
From Parisian productions like Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden (Don’t Nod) and Dark Hours (Piece of Cake Studio), to Bordeaux’s Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 (Asobo Studio) and La Rochelle’s Les Fourmis (Tower Five), and further to Montpellier (Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown – Ubisoft Montpellier), Lyon (Ravenswatch – Passtech Games), and Roubaix (Dofus – Ankama), each region contributed to the creativity and excellence of the French gaming industry.
Leading video game schools were also present, with students from E-Artsup, Isart Digital, and Rubika competing for the Best Student Game award.
This edition reaffirms the crucial role of regional talent in the development of the French creative industry and the emergence of future game creators.

Clara Chappaz, Minister Delegate for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Affairs, honored the Pégases with her presence. She engaged with key industry stakeholders and presented the Personality of the Year Award to Romain de Waubert, co-founder of Amplitude Studios.
- Six Exclusive Announcements Revealed During the Ceremony
Attendees had the privilege of discovering six exclusive announcements throughout the evening.
First, Ubisoft showcased a video featuring a conversation with Thomas Joly, Artistic Director of the Olympic Games Ceremony, discussing a special nod to Assassin’s Creed during the event.
The studio Wild Wits Games then unveiled the first trailer for its upcoming game, Crown Gambit, while Gameloft provided an exclusive preview of its next title, Carmen Sandiego. Meanwhile, ZDT Studio introduced Darwin’s Paradox, slated for release in 2025, with brand-new exclusive footage.
Finally, Dotemu announced the immediate release of MainFrames, while Blue Banshee presented Maliki, which launched on February 24, concluding this exciting series of reveals.
