Independents Win

This past Sunday, Independents were honored with seven Academy Award® wins for four motion pictures – Parasite, American Factory, Bombshell, and nine Independent Spirit Award wins for films including Booksmart, The Farewell, Judy, Parasite, and Uncut Gems. This was an exceptional and historic year for independent films with the first-ever foreign language film taking Best Picture. Congratulations to our IFTA member, CJ Entertainment, for Parasite, and to each and every one of you that were involved in the remarkable films this award season!
