New trailer reveals the cast of Hirogami, an upcoming origami platformer from Bandai Namco Studios Singapore

Bandai Namco Studios Singapore and Kakehashi Games are excited to reveal more of the story and world of their upcoming action platformer Hirogami, by way of a new character-full trailer.
Debuting during The Mix X Kinda Funny Spring Games Showcase 2025, the new trailer showcases the player character, Hiro, who has the unique ability to transform into origami animal forms.
The trailer also introduces the revered elder armadillo, Ama Jii, the distinguished gentleman frog, Bingley, and the fearless mighty ape, Shaan Ti – each of whom Hiro will meet on the adventure to save their fragile origami world.
By rescuing these friends from a mysterious digital Blight, Hiro is able to unlock unique traversal and combat abilities.
As a hardy armadillo, Hiro can roll through barriers and enemies alike – and can fire out of cannons to reach new areas
As a nimble frog, Hiro can jump higher or slow down enemies or contraptions with intoxicating spit.
And as a mighty Ape, Hiro can dish out a combo of sweeping attacks, swing from vines and pound the ground to scatter enemies.
The adventure unfolds in Hirogami, launching on PC later in 2025. You can check out the Steam store page/wishlist here.
