Capture your enemies as thralls in the new Land of the Vikings DLC!
Delve into a new strategic layer with the latest DLC for Land of the Vikings, ‘Thralls,’ available now for $4.99 / €4.99 / £4.29.
Developer Laps Games and Publisher Iceberg Interactive are excited to announce the release of ‘Thralls’, a new paid DLC for the popular Viking city builder, Land of the Vikings! Thralls, historically known as captives used for labor, play a crucial role in enhancing your settlement’s strength and operations. Thralls were enemies, captured during battles and invasions, and enslaved. Your Thralls will play a crucial role in enhancing your settlement’s strength and operations. This new DLC introduces the Thrall Management System, adding new late-game features such as expanded options for raiding, a new building dedicated to managing your thralls, and new events for your Viking settlement.
In Land of the Vikings, players take on the role of a Jarl. As Jarl, they must overcome obstacles and challenges to build a thriving Viking settlement in icy-cold Nordic landscapes. With a focus on strategic management and challenges, players must navigate around threats to secure the future of their settlement. Jarls need to manage the resources, skills, and abilities of each unique Viking, to help their settlement brave harsh weather and disasters. Players can trade, raid, and plunder neighboring villages and design their settlements to their heart’s desire.
Discover the Thrall Management System
The Thrall Management System adds a new layer of strategic depth to the game. Capture your enemies as you venture into new lands and turn them into thralls. Assign them to various tasks within your settlements, such as mining, producing food, weaving, and crafting battle armor.
Use events to manage their happiness and prevent revolts in the new Thrall Management Houses. This feature reflects the historical role of thralls in Viking society, where captives were integrated into communities as laborers, contributing significantly to the settlement’s prosperity.
New Events: The Stories of Thrall
Experience new events and personal stories involving your thralls. Craft strategies to maximize their happiness and productivity, and watch as their individual narratives unfold within your settlement.
Land of the Vikings’ Thralls DLC is now available on Steam for $4.99 / €4.99 / £4.29.
