Blizzard 35th Anniversary Official Game Symphony Concert Announces 7-City China Tour in November 2026

Classic melodies return in epic scale, conducted by Jason Hayes and hosted by Tommy Tallarico

In celebration of Blizzard Entertainment’s 35th anniversary, Blizzard and the renowned game symphony concert brand Video Games Live (VGL) jointly present the “Blizzard 35th Anniversary Official Game Symphony Concert – 2026 China Tour” , which will visit seven major Chinese cities in November 2026. The tour will be conducted by Jason Hayes — legendary Blizzard composer and lead creator of the original World of Warcraft score — and hosted by Tommy Tallarico, founder of VGL. Fans can look forward to an epic audiovisual extravaganza.

7-City Tour Schedule

The tour will take place in November 2026 across Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Chengdu, Xi’an, Beijing, and Shanghai. Specific dates and venues are as follows:

  • Star-Studded Lineup & Immersive ExperienceConductor: Jason Hayes
    A longtime Blizzard composer, Hayes contributed to the original scores of World of Warcraft, StarCraft, and Diablo. He is widely regarded as the “soul of Blizzard’s sound.”
  • Host: Tommy Tallarico
    Founder of VGL and a 30+ year veteran in game music promotion, Tallarico will bring his signature energy and interactive flair to the stage.
  • Setlist
    The concert will feature iconic music from Blizzard’s most beloved franchises, including World of Warcraft, Diablo, StarCraft, Hearthstone, and Overwatch. These classic tracks have been reimagined for symphony orchestra, evoking the grandeur of Azeroth, Sanctuary, the Koprulu Sector, and beyond.
  • Production
    Live symphony orchestra performance × high-definition game footage projection × immersive sound effects — creating a multi-dimensional sensory experience. The concert runs approximately 120 minutes, including an intermission.Ticketing & On-Sale InformationOn-sale start time: Tickets for all cities will go on sale starting June 10, 2026, at 13:30(local time) — please check official ticketing platforms for city-specific details.
  • Official ticketing channels: Damai, Maoyan, Youpiao, as well as the official platforms of the organizers “Yongli Culture & Art” and “Aiyehui Culture & Art”.
  • Current status: As of May 25, 2026, tickets are not yet publicly available. Fans are strongly advised to follow only official channels and beware of scamsoffering “pre-sales” or “proxy bookings” through unofficial sources.

VIP packages: Select tiers include VIP benefits such as autograph sessions and exclusive commemorative gift sets (subject to on-site arrangements).Important NotesRegulatory approval: All seven shows have received approval for foreign-involved performances from local cultural and tourism authorities as of April 2026. The Shenzhen show, for example, will feature a cast of 33 performers (including foreign artists).
  2. Event nature: This tour is an officially authorized Blizzard Entertainment 35thanniversary project, co-presented by VGL and X-LIVE. Although not directly organized by Blizzard China (now operated by NetEase), the tour is fully authorized by Blizzard’s parent company, Activision Blizzard.
Difference from WoW 20th-anniversary concert: This is a dedicated Blizzard 35thanniversary event, separate from the World of Warcraft 20th-anniversary symphony concert, which will begin a global tour in September 2026 (produced by Helvepic).Souvenir Merchandise
