Asfalia: Fear prepares to kick off 2025 with its unique approach to adventure gaming. Perfect for families and children, it combines storytelling, exploration, and problem-solving in a hand-drawn storybook world.

Available, starting January 14th, on Steam for both PC and Mac, Asfalia: Fear will win the hearts of children aged 7 to 77. It will be priced at $7.99 (regional prices may vary) and here will be a week-long 20% discount on release.

Asfalia: Fear will also be bundled with the first game, Asfalia: Anger so smart buyers can save an additional 15% on either game from the bundle.

About the game

Asfalia: Fear is a 2D point-and-click adventure game, filled with fun minigames, set in a unique and colourful world inspired by Alice in Wonderland.

You play as Charlie, a child lost inside of Asfalia, a world where emotions come alive. Charlie’s puppies have disappeared, and a growing shadow is causing all sorts of troubles.

Players will navigate the magical realm of Asfalia, helping Charlie and his fiery companion, Lily, solve puzzles, engage in light-hearted conversation with a cast of quirky characters, and uncover hidden objects.

Along the way, collectible stickers and engaging mini-games add layers of fun and challenge. Asfalia: Fear is perfect for children and families looking for a heartwarming tale that combines emotional depth with playful adventure.

About the Studio

Funtomata was founded in Belgium in 2020 with a desire to revive the Family Entertainment aspect of video games. After releasing their debut title, Asfalia: Anger in 2023, along with an educative card game, the studio is now ready to release Asfalia: Fear, refining the gameplay and storytelling while developing the franchise’s spirit.
