Focus five Animation Projects for Partners Pitches from Taiwan!

Taiwan Pavilion presented by Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA) curate the Partners Pitches: Spotlight on Taiwan event in collaboration with MIFA. 5 exciting projects with potential for international co-production was pitched on June 13th at Salon Haendel at L’Impérial Palace.

Here lists the five works:

CRAZY NIGHT MARKET:11 min x 13 eps, pre-production and will be released in 2024. Taiwanese night market culture, cute American design style, bubble tea, and charming characters.

DEER MAY:5 min x 11 eps, pre-production and will be released in 2023. A children’s animated series full of imagination that depicts the joyful lives of adorable animal friends, reminiscent of an Eastern version of Peppa Pig.

GRANDMA AND HER GHOSTS 2: BABY POWER: feature film of 90minutes, preprodcution and wil be released in 2025. This sequel to the original IP that has influenced Taiwanese people for 23 years is a story that will make you cry, laugh, hug your grandma, and keep in your heart.

THE SHAOGAO SHOW:22 min x 10 eps pre-production and will be released in 2026 .Shaogao, a Chinese-language IP with millions of fans around the world, is now being developed as an English-language adult animation series for the rest of the world!

TIME IN A BOTTLE:feature film of 90minutes,pre-prodcution and wil be released in 2025. A peek into the memories brings three Taiwanese generations closer.
