London International Animation Festival 2020 ENTRIES ARE OPEN
The 17th London International Animation Festival will be back at the Barbican and several other London venues later this year in early December. We’ll be announcing the new dates shortly.
We are currently working on our special programmes, talking to possible guests and viewing many amazing animated films that are already pouring into the festival office and as usual we’ve seen several ground-breaking, provocative, entertaining and downright crazy works of art. We can’t wait to share them with you later this year so stay tuned for more details and snippets of information throughout the coming months.
We also REALLY want to see your films and are now open for entries. LIAF is one of the largest animation festivals in the world and the largest in the UK screening around 300 films each year in competitive, student and retrospective programmes.
All films completed after January 2019 are eligible for entries.
The deadline for entering your films is May 31 (standard deadline) and July 31 (late deadline) and we’ll announce the competition programme finalists in October.
Information about how to enter your film can be found here. Any questions just email us at info@liaf.org.uk.

We’ve got two screenings coming up in February at the Barbican – our first Family Film Club of the year on Saturday 22nd February (for children and accompanying parents/carers only)。
