Submit Your Films to Animation Block Party 2019
Entries now being accepted for 16th annual edition, set to run September 20-22, 2019.

Organizers of New York’s Animation Block Party 2019 have announced that they are now accepting submissions for this year’s 16th annual edition, which will run September 20-22. This summer’s fest will feature the following five select award categories: Best In Show, Original Design, Student Film, Animation For Kids and the Audience Award.
Animation Block Party’s opening night celebration on September 20th will be headlined by a live animated comedy showcase from Picture This!
The Animation Block Party weekend screenings at the legendary Brooklyn Academy of Music will be hosted by festival founder, Casey Safron and include programs ranging from International Shorts to Experimental Films, Graphic Design and Music Videos.
Saturday evening of Animation Block weekend will be highlighted by an exclusive Female Animators program co-presented by guest curator, Sarah Schmidt of Malt Adult.
