China reaches new heights in the technology industry

After undergoing construction for only 19 months since March last year, on September 29, the TCL Huaxing t9 project was officially put into operation in Huangpu District of Guangzhou city, China.

TCL Huaxing t9 project is the first high generation LCD panel production line specializing in the production of high-end IT products and professional display in China, and also the only high generation panel production line compatible with LCD, Micro LED and IJPOLED in the world. With the 35 billion yuan display industry project officially put into operation, TCL Huaxing continues to reach new heights in the display technology industry.

The t9 project is positioned to produce high-end IT and professional display products. With the advantages of high mobility oxide technology, it explores the industrialization of the next generation of display technology, and is expected to become a global competitive LCD panel production line. It is fully called the 8.6th generation oxide semiconductor new display device production line project, which adopts the HFS and high mobility oxide technology independently developed by TCL Huaxing. HFS technology is an FFS technology (Fringe Field Switch technology) independently developed by TCL Huaxing. It adopts negative LCD plus light matching technology and a new H-HFS pixel structure design, which has a higher penetration rate, and can achieve product power consumption and leading energy efficiency.

The deeper impact of TCL Huaxing t9 project is a new position to lead China’s display technology industry into the global competition.

With the official production of the project, the monthly production capacity is 180,000 glass substrates.
