Welcome to NG23 Spring
Nordic Game arrives in Malmö, Sweden for our annual May conference – NG23 Spring – on 23-26 May. Following our record-breaking post-pandemic return to Slagthuset last year, the Nordic Game is once again a hybrid event, with great options for industry participants to do business, network and build knowledge in the venue as well as online via our Discord server and live stream.
This is NG23 Spring
Although it can be tempting to simply run straight to our registration page to buy your pass immediately, it can be worthwhile to stop for a moment to think about which kind of pass you actually need – will you be attending remotely or physically, are you a developer or publisher? NG23 Spring is a hybrid conference, and this means that there will be great Nordic Game content for all kinds of participants, both at the venue in Malmö and online.
Extensive speaker program
As a cornerstone of the Nordic Game experience, a great line-up of speakers are waiting for you to entertain and educate you during the conference days. Are you participating online, you can watch live streamed sessions from the main theater stage, as well as enjoy the NG23 Spring pre-recorded program, which is available from Monday, 22 May. Here you can start enjoying amazing talks even before the live stream begins at Slagthuset, which kicks-off on Wednesday, 24 May. With a NG23 Spring venue pass your options are further expanded, as there are three additional stages at Slagthuset with loads of exciting talks and workshops lined up. The first speakers will soon be revealed here, and you can follow the growing speaker roster on a daily basis.
Networking leads to business
Meeting industry peers is a very important part of participating in Nordic Game. At NG23 Spring, long-time partners at MeetToMatch are yet again ready to make your meeting planning schedule as smooth and valuable as possible, and they are ready to help you on all fronts, including matchmaking and finding the right meetings for you. The meeting system is available both online as well as at the venue, where an entire hall is dedicated to MeetToMatch.
Developers, show us your game!
While the Nordic Game Expo can only be experienced if you’re on-site in Malmö, the options expands if you’re a developer and want to show off your game to investors, publishers, and the entire global audience. The optimal choice for devs is to join the Developer Showcase at Slagthuset, but you can also attract views and new connections if you’re only available online via our Discord.

Let’s get together
The cherry on top of the Nordic Game cake is the plethora of social events you can participate in and enjoy while at NG23 Spring. The highlight is our annual Nordic Game Awards, where the best Nordic titles from the past year are celebrated in style, before a live audience at Slagthuset as well as with people watching the live stream; and if you have travelled to Malmö there will be plenty of additional gatherings and mixers each day of the entire conference week. For online pass holders, the Nordic Game Discord server will be the place to be, as we prepare a string of exciting networking events there as well.
