Mooneye Monthly – Seasons Greeting

There is a really good progress with the VR mode for Lost Ember. Each of us has spend a good amount of time under the helmet and I think we’re real close! Not there quite yet, but real close! Accessibility needed some work and luckily we have very different levels of motion sickness within the team which was very helpful in testing and right now we all feel pretty confident with the different options that we implemented. So yea, bigger news soon 🙂

Massive Indie Bundle

The wonderful Kris Wingfield-Bennett (owner of plant-based gaming, see link below) organized a charity bundle with 66! incredible indie title for a base price of USD4,99. It’s bonkers and I highly recommend you go check it out

Follow Plant Based Gaming

World Land Trust Charity Bundle

It includes a bunch of title I’ve recommended before plus the ones I’ll highlight today plus so many more! And you’re doing good as well! Also, in general, itch.io is such a wonderful place for indie lovers, go explore! Regularly!

One of the game included and also one of my favorites from the last couple of year is Mutazione. It cozy. It’s weird. It’s funny and it’s heart-warming:

The Stillness of the Wind is something very special. It has a unique atmosphere, it’s so quiet, it’s beautiful and… oh just go see for yourself:

No Longer Home is a very personal little story based on the lives of the two main developer:

Bury me, my Love is the story of Syrian refugee Nour and her husband who is staying behind, all told through their chat communication while physically being further and further away from each other. “Bury me, my love” is a Syrian goodbye phrase that roughly means, “Take care, don’t even think about dying before I do.

Old Man’s Journey is a very beautilful puzzle adventure that deals in a wonderfully quiet way with topic of life and loss:

Be a wildlife photographer and capture the beauty of the Beasts of Maravilla Island:

All of these and 59 more games are included in the bundle. They are pretty much all available on Steam if you prefer but the bundle is only available on itch.io so that’s where the links take you.

Some Cozy Indies for Holidays in the Cabin

As I didn’t find any current indie games that felt very seasonal, I thought I’d just recommend the ones I would take to a cabin in the mountains with me. Here we go, cozy offline couch favorites:

Far Lone Sails Cover

Unfortunately only available on Playstation but one of the best times I’ve ever had with a game and one of my favorite characters ever: Gravity Rush!
