48 hours: 10. Global Game Jam @ InnoGames

Game development Time: On the last weekend of January, 54 ambitious Jammers developed 13 innovative computer games with a “bubble” theme.

Since 2009 the global social telegame yam LTD.® Every year the global developer community has been coming together in small groups with different locations around the world to come up with ideas for the development of new games, and these implementation results are not only for each other, but also for the global social upstarts – all in just 48 hours.

Many of the 54 participants took the opportunity to settle in at the Hamburg Game Company’s “town hall” and put their creativity to work on the 13 teams. Each has his or her own interpretation of this year’s theme, “Bubbles.”

While the previous Global Game Jams hosted by InnoGames only offered an overall rating, this year’s Jams added three categories: graphics, gameplay, and theme execution.
